Travel by plane
You can easily travel to and from Nuremberg by plane via the national and international flight connections at Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg. The airport is well connected to the city centre and the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg by public transport, taxi and (rental) car. Travel from the airport to interlift / Messe Nürnberg (the Exhibition Center) by underground
You have already purchased a VGN ticket with your online trade fair ticket, which is valid for all means of transport in the VGN in fare zones 100 and 200.
This will take you to interlift:
- Take Underground Line U2 from the "Airport" station towards "Nürnberg Röthenbach"
- All you need is one change at the "Hauptbahnhof - Central Train Station" to Underground Line U1 towards "Langwasser Süd"and travel to the "Messe" station
- From the "Messe" station it is only a few minutes' walk to the MITTE entrance to interlift
- total travel time around 25 minutes from the "Airport" station to "Messe".

You can take a taxi from the airport to the Messe Nürnberg any time; the trip takes about 25 minutes.
